In the day-to-day world we lose something by placing it outside ourselves. In reality it is just a way of maintaining an illusion. Find out for yourself what you are afraid of. Be aware as fully as possible that it is your way of looking at the situation. Maybe your way of looking at things has nothing to do with reality. Accept your fear. Accept the illusion that you attach to reality. Are you able to feel that you have a choice of whether or not staying in your fear?
