Being in peace with myself does not mean: no more fears ever again. It rather means: giving way to my fear as completely as possible. Feeling what it amounts to. From that point choosing what I do want and what I do not want to do.
Search for the place of fear in your body. Take your time to do so. Make your fear stronger. Go into this fear entirely. Tighten all the muscles involved. This time on purpose. Instead of subconsciously like other times. Make the tension even more severe. What position do you reach? When you are able to feel your feared position, you are going to let go of the tension in your muscles one by one. In a very slow manner. Feel how it is now. Repeat the exaggeration of your tension. Stay present in your body while doing so.
