Using the medicine Wheel
In the center of the wheel is the Self, the sacred witness.
We can look at situations, or at problems, from all sides, while staying in our center.
Let us start in the center and make a space there where love, wisdom and power can live.
Often the problem is located on one side of the medicine wheel.
For example in the South, on the physical plane.
Our inner child feels wounded, hurt, neglected.
Or our body hurts.
The problem may also be in the West.
We feel emotional and do not know how to dissolve this.
Or we remain stuck in negativity.
When the problem is in the North, we may feel lack of inspiration, of life force.
We may have lost the contact with the Source, with the maturity of the heart, with the adult in ourselves.
When our life is stagnated in the East we possibly are too serious and have lost our sense of humor.
We may have forgotten to release and are not looking for the opening in the situation.
By looking at situations from the four directions of the medicine wheel we may begin to move again and restore the balance in ourselves.
The sacred wheel is a splendid instrument.
